A club offering services to the local community does not need to be large to be successful. Although Raetihi only has a population of 1200, the Raetihi Cosmopolitan Club with a membership of 400 fosters sincere friendship and camaraderie within its members and the community. In other words, a small town, a small club each with a jolly big heart serving a wide reaching area.

Located on the upper reaches of the Makotuku River and gateway to National Park, Ohakune and Mount Ruapehu (Turoa ski field), Raetihi offers the enthusiast the total recreational package whether its rafting, hunting, skiing, cycling, trekking, kayaking or visit the famous Bridge to Nowhere.
